“I used to put a towel behind the ball for angle of attack and a small box next to the ball to help with my heel strikes, but now the Strike Wedge is my all-in-one solution. It’s simplified my practice and helped me make the improvements I’ve been looking for.”

MULTI-USE IMPACT SOLUTION
IT WILL HELP YOU:
Collapsible content
ANGLE OF ATTACK / LOW POINT
If you keep striking the ground before the ball, (hitting it fat) then use the strike wedge to guide your angle of attack and move your low point forwards. Use our optimiser tool to determine the appropriate strike wedge position for each club.
CLUB PATH / PLANE
If you're swinging from out to in (over the top) then using our side wall add on will help you feel what it's like to swing from the in to out to promote a draw shape. If you're too under the plane then our plane guide will help you reduce the hook curve on your ball.
STRIKE LOCATION
Most players have a toe or heel tendency when they hit shots. If your tendency is to strike the ball more towards the heel or hosel (shank), use the side wall to move the strike away from the heel. If your tendency is more on the toe side, use the plane guide to move the strike towards the middle.
HERE'S WHAT SOME OF THE WORLD'S BEST COACHES HAVE TO SAY...
-
Joe Mayo, Tour Short Game Coach
"This product helps people move their low point forward, which will by definition will steepen the angle of attack. Strike Wedge is a product that can help people, and there is very few products that meet that criteria for me"
-
Dana Dahlquist, Tour Swing Coach
"The big value with Strike Wedge is that I want players to not have to take more lessons, I want them to take less. I know that sounds weird, but I want them to actually practice. The barrier to entry in golf is making good contact. This tool creates the feedback loop to help players do exactly that. It’s the right product."
-
Jake Hutt (@Jakehuttgolf)
"Strike Wedge is one of my favourite new training aids. It's super simple, you just put it behind the ball, and avoid it on the way down. When you put it all together, your ball striking improves without you having to think too much. It's a great way to train impact."
FAQ's
1. What is the Strike Wedge?
The Strike Wedge is a golf training aid designed to help you improve your angle of attack, low point, strike location and club path. It provides immediate feedback on your swing, helping you achieve more consistent ball striking.
2. How do I use the Strike Wedge?
For a full understanding of where to place the strike wedge behind the ball for each club, use the strike wedge optimiser.
Attach the side wall or plane guide to correct specific swing issues, such as shanks or excessive out-to-in paths.
Visit our how-to page for more information.
3. What are the attachments used for?
- Side Wall: Helps prevent shanks and corrects an excessive out-to-in path by creating an obstacle on the toe side of the club.
- Plane Guide: Can be used to avoid toe strikes or to correct a swing path that is too far from the inside.
4. Can I use the Side Wall and Plane Guide together?
Yes! Both attachments can be used simultaneously to create a tight constraint that guides the club on a neutral approach into the ball, offering comprehensive feedback for your swing.
5. Is the Strike Wedge suitable for all skill levels?
Absolutely! The Strike Wedge is designed to help golfers of all skill levels, from beginners looking to improve their fundamentals to advanced players refining their impact conditions.
6. How should I store the Strike Wedge?
It's important to store the Strike Wedge properly to maintain its shape. Although it’s made from sturdy TPU material, it can bend slightly out of shape if smushed up in a golf bag. We recommend storing it in a safe, flat area (ideally the strike wedge case).
7. What if I accidentally hit my Strike Wedge with a club?
Not a problem! The Strike Wedge is made from tough but flexible TPU plastic. It's designed to be beat up. You may see some wear and tear over time, but the integrity of the product will hold. It shows hard work!
8. Can the Strike Wedge be used on any surface?
The Strike Wedge is designed to be used on a variety of surfaces, including grass, mats, and even carpet for indoor practice. Ensure the surface is stable to get the most accurate feedback.
