RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be happy with your Strike Wedge. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle it.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

• It must be returned in the original packaging

Reasons We Accept Returns

We accept returns if:

• Your item arrived damaged or defective

• You received the wrong item

• You’re not satisfied and the product hasn’t been used

We don’t offer returns for change-of-mind purchases once the product has been used.

Refunds and Exchanges

• Faulty products can be exchanged or refunded

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items

International Orders

If you’re outside Australia, returns will need to be sent back to Australia.

Email us first and we’ll help you figure out the best way to handle it.

Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

How to Start a Return

Email info@strikewedge.com with:

• Your order number

• A short description of the issue

• Photos if the product is damaged

We’ll get back to you with next steps.

Refund Processing Time

Please allow up to 30 days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be processed.

What Can’t Be Returned

We can’t accept returns on:

• Used items

• Final sale or clearance items

• Gift cards
