How do I get my year of Strike Wedge Launch?
Your code arrives by email after your order. If you bought at Golf Box, use the card in the box instead: type its serial number at strikewedge.com/pages/free-year and your code arrives by email. If your code has not arrived, get in touch.
Which phones does Strike Wedge Launch work on?
On iPhone and Android. Strike Wedge itself needs no phone, so you can train with it whichever phone you have.
How do I open the Learning Hub?
Every Strike Wedge comes with the Learning Hub. Open it, then pop your email in at the gate and you are in. No code is needed.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free to almost all countries. In the US, UK, Germany and Australia, Strike Wedge ships from a local warehouse and arrives in under 5 business days. Everywhere else it ships from our international warehouse and takes up to 14 business days. A small number of remote regions are calculated at checkout.
Can I return Strike Wedge?
Yes, within 30 days. It needs to be unused and in its original condition, and return shipping is at your cost. Once your return arrives and we have inspected it, we refund your original payment method, typically within 3 to 5 business days.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Your Strike Wedge has a lifetime warranty. If it is faulty, we replace it, and you do not need to send the faulty one back. The warranty does not cover lost products. To make a claim, get in touch.
Does Strike Wedge work for left-handers?
Yes, it works the same. Strike Wedge is symmetrical, so left-handers set up each placement as a mirror image. Strike Wedge Launch has a handedness setting too, so choose yours in Settings.
Which misses does Strike Wedge train?
Six misses: fat, heel and shank, toe, slice, hook and driver. Set Strike Wedge up for the miss you want to fix, make a swing and miss it. Behind the ball it moves your low point forward for fat shots, and the wall attachment/ruler moves heel and toe strikes towards the middle. Angled on the inside or outside of the ball it works on the path half of a hook or slice, and for driver it goes in front of the ball, which keeps your low point behind it.
What does Strike Wedge Launch measure, and what does it not?
Strike Wedge Launch reads ball speed, launch angle and carry on your wedge shots, and plays each one back as a face-on replay. It shows your launch consistency club by club, and the Testing Centre gives you a wedge handicap, rated against published amateur data. It does not measure strike location or spin. It is built for the scoring shots you hit from inside 150 yards.
How do I know I'm buying a genuine Strike Wedge?
Buy from strikewedge.com or an authorised retailer. Listings on Amazon, Temu and eBay are copies, and a copy does not come with the app year, the Learning Hub or the warranty.
