Returns (change of mind)

You can return the Strike Wedge within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is at your expense; we do not provide prepaid labels.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the original payment method. Refunds typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days of approval.

Return addresses:

Australia: 4/16 Murray Street, Bronte NSW 2024. Include your full name and order number.

United States: SHIPHYPE USA - A-884, 19034 S Vermont Ave, Gardena CA 90248. Include your full name and order number in the sender information.

Germany and EU: Strike Wedge Returns, Gütersloher Straße 123, Verl 33415. Include your order number inside the package.

United Kingdom and elsewhere: email info@strikewedge.com and we will arrange the return.

Faulty products

If your Strike Wedge is faulty, we replace it. Email info@strikewedge.com with your order number and a photo. You keep the faulty unit; there is no need to send it back.

Warranty

The Strike Wedge carries a lifetime warranty. The warranty does not cover lost products.
